Shove it up your arsehole.

yay! Leanne Marshall won the finalle of Project Runway!
I loved her final collection!
Leanne Marshall:

&I've known this song for ages now, but today I was like: should it have a video?
So here's the nr. one of all ridiculous video:

Suman Biswas & Adam Kay - London Underground:

The original song is Going Underground by The Jam. <3

My random thought these days:
  • Why is it sunny, while I'm stuck inside learning tests?
  • I want to be with my frieds [who are also stressed, learning tests].
  • I want to be with my boyfriend.
  • I want to go shopping.
  • I want to go see a concert.
  • I want a festival.
  • I want to have fuuuuuuuuun!!
  • I am tired..
Doesn't seem to happen until 14/04... =(
Than is my deadline to finish all my tests I have missed this year.

Bwuh.., now I'm going to sleep, sleep, sleep!

You need More, you need love. Etc.

Omg, I cannot believe I haven't been posting for over a week.
Damn it. I have been so busy working for school and actually I still am.
I think I am not the only one. Many examinees with me, I guess.

So for your entertainment, this new stuff that I have been listening to lately:

Pet Shop Boys - Love Etc.

Oren Lavrie - Her Morning Elegance.

What did I do this weekend? I went to Peter on Friday.
We, no Peter, cycled like.., a looooong way from de Bilt [where he picked me up] to his school [because he left his keys there], to the centre of Utrecht [where we ate an ice cream] to the Uithof. It was such nice weather, everybody was outside and that was a lovely face: it made me feel so happy. I was wearing a skirt and we almost looked like Erik and Olga in Turks Fruit [Dutch movie: Turkish Delight].

We didn't do too much Friday and Saturday we bought a gold fish: Frits because our first gold fish was lonely.. And then we went outside and just relaxed. It was lovely. There even were daisies!

Peter brought his diabolo to show off a bit. Ghehe. He's cool, isn't he. Mine! ^^

Ooooooooooooh my god! I so can't believe I did not post this outfit before!

never mind my head.. -_-

Shirt - ZARA.
Shiny leggings - Cool Cat.
Cardigan - America Today.
Belt - H&M Men.
Scarf - Stand along canal in Utrecht.
Shoes - no f**king idea.

Last week I made somebody hapy with this picture.
It's Jessica and me fitting these nerd glasses in Rotterdam. We actually bought them.

And this picture is fucking brilliant. XD

That's enough entertainment for you to make up for last week and to survive this week, 'cuz yeah, I'm still busy. And I will be busy until 14/04.

Smell you laterrrrrr. ^^

Remember when you were young; you'd Lose yourself...

Yay! I feel happy today!
Thursday I had some kind of nervous breakdownish thingy, but now I feel good again. (=
Perhaps it is due to the fact that I saw my boyfriend this weekend. Hihi.

Anyway, this morning I woke up and the sun was shining!! Although clouds appeared very soon, it still made me happy, just like everybody else I saw on the bus. [Actually, when I was on the bus, the sun still shone. On my iPod Razorlight's Back To The Start played and I baptised it my Definite Spring Anthem.]

Razorlight - Back To The Start.

Anyway, it was very busy on the bus. Loads of people went out of the city of Utrecht to take a walk in the forests of Doorn and Amerongen and everybody was in such a happy mood!
At a certain bus stop a little old man hopped on with some flowers, probably for his love he was going to visit at the old people's home. [Or at least that's what my romantic mind wants it to be..]

So sweet! It's nice to see that everybody wants it to become spring so bad!
Me too. I'm done with the wet and dark weather.

And this is what I wore on Thursday. I was waiting for the bus, after therapy.

Dress - ZARA.
Blazer - H&M.
Tights - H&M.
Scarf - Bien Bleu/O'Blue/Whatever..
Shoes - H&M.
Buttons - mine!!

That's all. Got to get some crappy school work done now.
Again. -_-

It Don't mean a thing.

In music class we are working on Jazz music.
It's really cool.
One of the songs we talked about in class and I want to share with the lot of you:

Duke Ellington - It Don't Mean A Thing [If You Ain't Got That Swing].

That's like.., an old school version of Lady Gaga's 'Just Dance' or Metro Station's 'Shake It'.

Keep it up!

Life in a Drumkit.

Good guess: there's new music in my player.
Hoodlums - In the Outcrowd.
Bonaparte - I Can't Dance.
Lily Allen - Fuck You.
Bayside - Duality [Project Alice Strings Remix].

So what did I do today?
Today we [graduation classes VWO & havo] had to perform a piece of choir and a piece of music with the V6 orchestra.
I must say, it went very well.
In the morning we had to do the piece of choir. You probably know it. It's by Joe Jackson: "Is She Really Going Out With Him?"
100% A Capella.
I really liked the result [exept for the "pa-pa-pa-pa" part..]. I'm proud of all the students of V6 and H5.
Yay! We nailed it.

After the piece of choir V6 had to reherse a piece of orchestral music by J.S. Bach.
I had to do the drums, which went also really well. People thought it didn't suit the piece [not a very strange thought], but it sounded alright.
I had to wait pretty long, because people had to reherse and I didn't. So I made pictures. ^^
Like.., duh!

My other new musical discovery, by the way, [see yesterday's post] is Hoodlums.
Hoodlums - In the Outcrowd.

OK now, off I go, loves.

My Horse likes You.

OK guys, this is sick.

Bonaparte - Who Took the pill.

Live shows are even more sick.
Yes, they do dress up live. They're a circus act.
So hardcore.

[Check 3.00 mins.]

Coming to the Netherlands very soon. Still on sale. Only on working days [that's school days, too]. Damn, I wanna go.
Little chance I guess.
During the exams they're coming back.
Life surely must hate me.

Found another great band, but I'll update that to you later.
Now I have to do some study on music..

You might as well face it you're addicted to drugs.

Yesterday I went over to Peter's. =)
It was a bit awkward: we were having a pretty good time, when his brother called. The dude had shutted himself out from his home. XD
So he came over to Peter's and we cooked, ate and watched Borat with the three of us, which was nice. Then P's bro had to go to a parteh, so we were alone again. =)
We watched Requiem for a Dream, a dramatic movie about drugs addicts. It really moved me. It was the first movie we watched together that did not have a happy end.
Now I'm writing this, the images replay in my head and it makes me sad again.
But it's good to see such films once in a while. It reminds me that I do not want to end up like that.
Here are some screencaps. For the rest, I really recommend to see the movie.

And here's a random thing: this morning/midday I was lying on Peter's back. We were facing the same way [so my belly was lying on his back, just for your mental picture] and my blouse printed its pattern on Peter's back.

Now I'm tired.

Voodoo Adult.

[Click on the header for a Voodoo Child. I'm an adult now, sorry.]

Alright, I should have mentioned it, I am aware. So, I'll just as well mention it now: whohoo. It was my birthday yesterday.
I didn't "not-mention" it on purpuse. It's just that every year it sort of slips past my concience..

However, I'm mentioning it now, because I got two awesome gifts.
One from my boyfriend and one from Nicole.
Peter gave me a cube filled with pictures of us and of places we went to. It was sooooooo sweet. Now I have something lovely to look at every morning. =)
Nicole gave me an awesom gift! She made a funny poem and gave me a self-made voodoo doll. XD
I have no idea why on earth she gave it to me, but it's actually very cute.

And this is the poem:

Happy B-Day!
A birthday is a blessing,
A birthday is a curse.
But if you do not celebrate,
You will only make it worse.
So gather all you buddies,
And buy yourself a cake.
And enjoy this special birthday,
With the best smile you can fake.

It really made me think.
This year, I think I will celebrate my b-day. And I will really enjoy it, without a fake smile. ;)
But not yet. Now I'm still busy. And I want to celebrate it when the weather is better.
But I really will do it! Nicole's right: this is a special age [for all you losers: I turned 18, duh] and reason enough for a party.
You mustn't let the special things in life go by.
That's why I'm going to say the following:

I must really mention this. It makes me very happy and proud and feeling even more in love: yesterday Peter & I had our first "aniversary", ghehe.
We are together for a month now.
Yay! =D

&That's all, folks!

If you're Bored.

[Click on header for a great song. <3]

PWS presentation went really well!!
We started off with some inconveniences (nobody to judge us. Stupid. In Astrids words: Revius Lyceum in a nutshell - and hell yeah, she's right), but when we finally got started - we found the greatest judge in the whole school: my IB teacher! - I must say that Joost and I really did a good job. Not to say: we kicked ass.
I don't know what our scores are, yet, but I am already satisfied with our result.
I had so much fun presenting and we just nailed it.

This is some "post-Five O'Clock Heroes-concert-art" made by Jessica.
Yeah, she was definately bored. Ghehe.

Now I'm f**king tired. Got to get some sleep/sweet dreams. =)
Bye for now.

Love in air.

I have said this very often to my boyfriend, but I just love his room.
Especially the wall on which there are all kind of pictures.

[I don't think he knows I made this pic. He was showering at the time. Ghehe]

I stole his idea: I printed out pics and taped them on my closet:

I had a good time at Peter's last Friday/Saturday.
We watched a great Japanese cartoon film: Kiki's Delivery Service. It's about a little witch, Kiki, who has to leave home at the age of 13. She has to find a town where the people do not have a witch yet. She has to use her magic skills to be the inhabitants of service, so Kiki starts a delivery serve on her flying broom.
It's really cute. I/We specially fell in love with her little kitty: Jiji.

And this was a very funny scene where Jiji pretends to be a stuffed cat:

After the movie we went outside and lighted some - gosh I really wouldn't know the english word for these things - "stars".
Anyway, you can do this kind of bullock with it:

Now, that's no love in plaster. ;)
The Hives - Love in Plaster.

After our nightly walk we went to bed. The next day Peter brought me to the bus stop. We had to wait for 20 minutes, so I made this "snapshot" picture.

And after all the fun, it's time to do some school work.
Happy weekend everybody!
